We had a marvelous time. The condo was clean , well equipped and very comfortable. The July 4th firework work celebration right outside of our Balcony was awesome !!! The PKRM staff was very accommodating > We would definitely use PKRM again !!

Communication from the very get go was in a timely manner, clear directions for checking and check out. Condo was Beach Front with a great view in a fantastic building (only has 30 units), quiet location. Beach Service provided at a reasonable extra cost. Private beach. Unit was very well equipped with Pots, Pans, Towels, etc, including TV's in every room with good Media service. Fantastic balcony and lots of great light. Beds were comfortable. Private Parking spot is a bit tight and you do need to watch out for the concrete columns, but very manageable. No complaints, 10/10 stars

The most convenient unit on Perdido key

This spacious unit offers clean, easy living. With ample kitchenware, it's prepared for a week's stay. Its location near the north entrance of Perdido Key is convenient—being the first condo off the roundabout and located just above the entry on the first floor. This proximity to the elevator cuts commute time, getting you from the unit to your car in under a minute, and to the beach in less than five. My family of six found the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend it and plan on a return visit.

This property was spacious for our family of 5! I loved that we were on the 1st floor… and those views!!!! The location is also great… close to beach, restaurants (driving distance), grocery, and entertainment. I had to hit several big runs for marathon training and Johnson’s Beach Rd near our condo was perfect for that. Plus, it’s a wildlife reserve with a road, views, and empty/private beaches.

Great Condominium

This was our first time staying at Laplaya and in Perdido Key. Everything about this condominium was spectacular. My family and I stayed here the week of July 4th and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was plenty big enough to accommodate my family of 6. It was well stocked, had clean rooms, easy check-in, elevators were quick, and had an awesome view from the 1st floor balcony. Before arriving I read the previous reviews about security on the beach, and after having plenty of space the entire week I’m glad there was someone checking the guest. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condominium

Everything about this condo and the communication from the property management made our stay so enjoyable. This was our first time booking with PKRM and staying at the LaPlaya but it won’t be our last. We stayed the week of July 4th and enjoyed the space we had on the beach, the space we had in our condo, and the quiet atmosphere the entire time.

La Playa 102 is a slice of paradise on Perdido Key! All the comforts of home while providing the BEST views, beach access, and vacation vibes. Close to everything you should see and do, Perdido Key is the place to be. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms well-appointed, and the deck cannot be beat. It is a must indulgence for the perfect white sand beach getaway!
