Windemere Perdido Key
Windemere Perdido Key condos are located directly on the beach and each has its own private balcony. The resort is an fifteen-story high rise with an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor fitness center and lobby all locatedon the 3rd floor of the building. One of the best features about Windemere Perdido Key is that all of the condos have a balcony with unobstructed views of the beach. Simply put, the only thin between you and the water is the sand. The floor plan of the vacation rental condos will suit groups of up to 6 people. The two bedroom condos also hold up to 6 and the three bedroom condos up to 8 people. The 6 person occupancy in the one bedroom condos is achieved by a master bedroom, bunk beds built into the hallway along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
From the pool deck on the 3rd floor you can take the steps down to the ground level or an elevator ride from the lobby to the walkover to the beach (this is a small bridge over the sand dune to the beach, because you're not supposed to walk on the dunes). Just across the street you will find a great pizza place, Lillian's Pizza, which is known by all repeat guests to Perdido Key. Shopping, nightlife, an art gallery, souvenir shops, a spa and attrations can be found with a short drive east or west from the Windemere Perdido Key. Also, there are grocery stores, restaurants, and marinas all within 10 minutes of the building.
The Windemere Perdido Key resort is within a short drive to the Pensacola Naval Air Station military base. The Blue Angels practices are two times a week throughout most of the year. THis is a must see if when on vacation at the Windemere. Our island has world-class golf both here in Perdido Key as well as additional courses nearby for those in search of some variety. Deep sea dishing, dolphin boat cruises, pirate boat cruises and boat rentals can all be found neaby as well.

This 2 bedroom, 3 bed condo was exactly what we wanted and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture, and the unit had a full-size washer/dryer which was very convenient. The view from the balcony was extraordinary! Perdido Beach was a new area for us and it allowed us to try new restaurants and explore new areas. Definitely recommend!

We couldn't have picked a better rental for spring break! We've stayed in Perdido Key before, but this was our first time at Windemere. This facility is the perfect size. It's easy to get to/from the beach. I love the assigned parking spots (although a tight fit, it was the perfect location for us to leave our chairs/beach toys in our car and grab on our way out!) we never had to wait for an elevator! The condo was clean and just the right size.

We had a wonderful time at Perdido Beach! Nice condo with comfy bed and bath. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crashing! Tons of pelicans were diving 1 morning. And even saw dolphins 1 day! Definitely would go back!

We were very pleased with this condo and would 100% stay again. The proximity of the reserved parking spot, the elevator, THE BEACH is perfect and couldn't ask for better! We were able to store our sandy beach items in the vehicle and just grab it as we went because of this proximity. Very clean room and had everything we needed.
