Vacation Rentals reaching new levels of exposure

Reaching new levels of exposure online. The PKRM rental program properties are continually doing this and this year is no exception. The newest level of exposure is one that I personally have been working to secure for quite a long time: Airbnb.com. AirBnb had never previously been property manager-friendly with regards to allowing a rental management company to bulk upload and maintain rental listings on their site. That changed within the past couple months and I have been working to secure a distribution partner who could help get all of the properties on the PKRM rental program onto this worldwide marketplace website. We’re still working out a few bugs, but more and more of our properties are going live on the site each day. This will be a huge increase in exposure for the complex and I am optimistic that it will pay dividends in new bookings from an audience we weren’t previously reaching.
