Looking for peace and quiet? Or maybe you crave beach retreat adventure! Either way, Purple Parrot's premium amenities meet everyone's vacation expectations. This laid-back resort's coastal architecture is admiringly referred to as a "30-A dupe". But don't worry - there are no 30-A prices around here! On the contrary, Purple Parrot fans love the value a Purple Parrot vacay has to offer. The 1200 SF cottage is a charming 2-2-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2-story lockoff unit located close to both Purple Parrot swimming pools and has convenient parking available, just in front of the unit. What is a lockoff? Well, in this case, this is a three-bedroom condo where we have locked off one of the bedrooms, making it a two-bedroom condo. If you're familiar with the resort, then it'll be of value to know that this a true three-bedroom condo with the same living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, stairwell, and upstairs floorplan as any other three-bedroom condo, but we've simply made one of the bedrooms unavailable for the duration of your stay. So, it's a 2-bedroom lockoff.
Here's a bit about Captain No Shoes - A Beach Retreat. The condo is a coastal cottage that is sure to fit the needs of a family or a group of friends with a generous occupancy of 6 as a 2-bedroom lockoff and welcoming living, dining, and bedroom areas. The kitchen is fully furnished with essential items to cook up a fresh catch following a deep-sea fishing excursion (or after a trip to the local fresh seafood market...) The Primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an en-suite primary bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed OR a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle bed underneath (depends on which of the guest bedrooms you choose to have access to). Again, when rented as a lockoff, one of these bedrooms will be locked and inaccessible for the duration of your stay. There is a second full bathroom upstairs for the guest bedrooms as well. The well-appointed main living area is a great place to hang out with a flat-screen TV (wi-fi and cable included) and games for family game nights.
