Parrotopia is a modernly appointed unit. It's got updated tile and carpet flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new kitchen cabinets, a walk-in shower and more that make this 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath cottage even more welcoming. This attractive coastal cottage in the popular Purple Parrot is wonderfully furnished for a true Caribbean vacation vibe. Bring friends because Parrotopia comfortably sleeps 6. There is a King sized bed in the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. There are 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom that also has an en suite bathroom. A Convertible Couch (sleeps 2) is available in the first floor living area. A half bath is conveniently located on the first floor as well. The condo has extended cable, wireless internet and 50" HDTV with Roku.

This is a very popular Purple Parrot floorplan with a great flow from family room to dining area to kitchen. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for preparing meals. The kitchen is also the location of a convenient laundry room. This fully furnished two bedroom villa is sure to please and is perfect for any length of stay, from a long weekend to an extended stay in the off season. Parrotopia truly wants to be your vacation home away from home.

PKRM guests receive complimentary Lost Key golf, deep sea fishing, a sunset or a dolphin cruises along our local waterways and OWA amusement park tickets. Enjoy a free excursion a day as part of your Parrotopia vacation package. The resort is 1/2 mile from the beach - only a short 2 minute drive to Public Beach Access 1 with a 280' snorkeling reef. Right next door is the Rosamund Johnson Beach National Seashore with 8 miles of pristine, undeveloped white sand beaches. Purple Parrot Resort is built around a 5000SF lagoon pool, complete with a lovely waterfall. Other amenities include a hot tub, a heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, beach volleyball courts, and a poolside Tiki Bar that plays great live music. Be aware that some guests say their favorite part of a their vacation is relaxing on a welcoming Purple Parrot porch!

This is a central location with Orange Beach attractions and the Foley outlet mall a short drive to the West and Downtown Pensacola restaurants and shopping a 20-25 minute drive to the East. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Appreciated that the owners had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use and lots of games for our kids to keep them busy. Wished we were closer to the beach, but my kids loved the outdoor pool and even the indoor pool to take a break from the sun in the afternoon. We enjoyed the Southern Rose Dolphin Cruise, the Blue Angel Show on Tuesday and Wednesday, and my kids favorite was climbing the 177 steps to the top of the lighthouse at the nearby museum. It was a great vacation with many memories!

We greatly enjoyed our time at the Purple Parrot resort and Parrotopia! We came as a group with two other families and being able to have our own house while also being able to gather around the resort all together was an amazing experience. Our favorite gathering place was the outdoor pool. It was enjoyed by the kids amd adults alike. The connected tiki bar was a phenomenal bonus as well. Parrotopia was excellent. The photos online don't do it justice. It was very clean and had everything that we needed for the week. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the house for my husband, myself, and our 4 adult sized teenagers. I personally enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch and upstairs master balcony. The resort was very family oriented and conducive with relaxation. All in all we greatly enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return visit with friends!
