POOLSIDE ONE BEDROOM VILLA need we say more??? This villa is one of the few available that are directly off the pool deck. If you are looking for the most prime real estate within not only the Purple Parrot Village Resort, but also throughout Perdido Key, then look no further. A One Bedroom poolside condo is the ultimate experience in island resort vacations! You are sure to have a great time relaxing in the sun either on the beach or right outside your condo door on the pool deck! And then when each day comes to an end… there is nothing more peaceful than falling asleep to the gentle soothing sound of a waterfall off in the night…

~The Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill will be closing seasonally this year for the cooler months and will not reopen until February 1, 2026. The pool and other amenities will remain open and available for guest and owner use. We do not operate the Tiki Bar, so for further updates, please check the Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill’s Facebook page:

This was a great place to stay! Loved the location, pool, and bar. This would definitely be a place I would recommend to others. The only reason I have only given 4 stars was while staying on the bottom floor, our upstairs neighbors walked very heavily and were noisy especially early in the mornings. Other than that it was perfect. Thank you!

We’ve always loved staying at the purple parrot but this was by far the best location we’ve stayed in! Right by the gate entrance to the pool so it was easy to grab snacks and refill drinks. Refrigerator water filter needs to be changed and we couldn’t figure out the wifi login information which wasn’t on the box like the instructions said.

MUCH better than staying in one of those towers

This condo is located in a private corner just steps away from a beautiful pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. What more could you ask for! You will appreciate your own 4 walls and the ease of coming and going without the need to ride an elevator. You can even watch the kids in the pool from your own screened porch!

Literally a few steps to the pool

My mom and I loved 10A, Poolside Paradise (bottom floor)! It’s literally 3 feet from the porch steps to the pool gate. The pool is not just rectangular…it’s huge, has a huge waterfall, and even an island in the middle! On the island, there’s a hot tub and 3 palm trees and even a hibiscus! Never have seen such a unique huge gorgeous pool like this before! Many palm trees provide shade in the pool, and there is a pool bridge that goes to the pool island. In 10A, we absolutely loved the porch chairs in our screened-in porch and had our coffee on the porch each day for the week we were there. The interior has a beach design throughout. 10A is actually the entire 1st floor of an individual 2-story house with another unit on 2nd floor, each having their own private entrance. There’s no better unit in all of Purple Parrot than 10A!
