We booked a last minute trip here and we’re pleased with the condition & cleanliness of the condo and its proximity to the locations we were traveling to.

The condo unit was very well equipped with dishes, baking pans, pots and pans for cooking. The owners had also left a good supply of new spices which we appreciated because it is hard to do much with just salt and pepper and we don't travel with a whole array of spices. It was obvious that the owners have spent some time at the unit because there was always a hook or towel rack handy when and where you needed it which made it very cozy and easy to live in. The appliances were in good shape, in fact the washing machine, dryer, coffee maker and toaster looked new. We were missing a vacuum cleaner when we arrived and since we were there for a month, the management company was very good about delivering a new one as soon as we arrived. We didn't spend all of our time in the condo though. We got a pass to the National Park and enjoyed the beach on most days. Other days we enjoyed the musical entertainments at the various locations nearby - even went dancing at the Over 50 Ballroom Dance Club. Great area to visit with lots of activities.

Nice but lacked a few things

We really liked the layout. The kids loved the loft. There were some issues. The tv didn’t work, the lights on the stairs at night didn’t work, the washing machine didn’t work right and the electrical in the loft didn’t work. The dishes we did use had to be washed by hand first because they were all noticeably dirty. For a stay of 5 nights, I would recommend leaving an extra trash bag for the kitchen and toilet paper for the bathroom.
