Our stay was pleasant and accommodating until the morning of checkout when maid showed up @ 9:20 am saying to it checkout time and she needed to come in and begin cleaning. We explained checkout wasn’t until 10:00 am another 40 minutes and we hadn’t completed packing out things. She insisted on coming in pulling off bedspread and putting in onto wash. We let her and asked her to politely return at 10:00 am once we had checked out of our accommodations. Lisa Nicholson

Great Location with Great Amenities!

We came down to visit our Son who is stationed at NAS Pensacola. Compared to hotel rates, this condo was a MUCH better option and offered some significant savings and a lot more comfort. The property was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. There is a large outdoor pool with a hot tub and an indoor pool and hot tub as well! The outdoor pool is right next to the Tiki bar and grill. We really liked having a stacked washer and dryer in the unit, making it very convenient and would even allow someone to travel a bit lighter because of the ease of doing your laundry. We will definitely plan to stay there again when we are back in the area again!

Great lil hideaway

We enjoyed the place very much. However , we were visiting family so we did not get to utilize a lot of the amenities. My only gripe would be that there was only one roll of TP. We were unable to locate extra at the house. The 2nd was that the tub looked like it needed a good bleach scrubbing. I’m sure it was cleaned but the fiberglass was dirty looking. It deterred me from soaking in the tub. But overall it felt like home and we will be looking to stay again on our next visit

The rental was clean and extremely well organized and the management company was always friendly and helpful. The big bonuses were: the location .6 miles to National seashore, availability of a fitness center across the street that also included a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi and the price

My husband and I recently stayed at the purple parrot resort, celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary a little early. it was my first time in Perdido Key. The resort was great and it was pretty close to a lot of things. The condo we stayed in was super cute and very clean and well maintained. I loved that with our stay we were offered complimentary activities. I went deep sea fishing for the first time ever. I also went on a sunset dolphin cruise it was wet and fun. We ate at Lamberts Cafe (totally worth the wait). We even did a little outlet mall shopping while waiting out a rainy day. I will most definitely be back. I had a fantastic time.

I love this place with all of my heart. Lucky to get to live here now. The beaches are breathtaking. There isn't heavy traffic congestion. The businesses make everyone feel like family. Perdido Key is a slice of Heaven ??

LOVE THE PURPLE PARROT

The Purple Parrot in Perdido Key is our favorite vacation destination! We now plan family vacations here. We stay in 4 to 5 of the condos there. The Tiki Bar food & atmosphere is absolutely awesome!! If you need a 2 bedroom I highly recommend the Caribbean Soul 40C. If you need a 1 bedroom 37CD. The location can't be beat. Can't wait until our next vacation!!

This one bedroom condo was awesome! Décor was relaxing with a beach vacation feel. Our family rented 4 condos for our Thanksgiving family fun filled vacation week in Florida. The Tiki Bar is a 10! Great food and fun! Purple Parrot wouldn't be the same without it. If you need a two bedroom condo I highly recommend The Caribbean Soul 40C. For a one bedroom I highly recommend 37CD! This was our first annual family vacation. We are already looking forward to next year!!
