Cute cozy place with all the basics for a family vacation. Definitely need to have more towels and kitchen towels. .Guest room deck was not visible due to all the pine needles. Owners did a great job with decorating. Could use more pillows. Only two on master bed. Water in master bathroom never got hot when guest shower was being used at same time. Master bedroom carpet with lots of large stains needs to definitely be removed. Master deck door glass broken. Biggest complaint was the cleaning crew needs to be addressed. Base boards filthy with food splatters along with bar chairs. Showers dirty and toilets filthy with pink bacterial rings upon check in as if never cleaned.

Lived in Pensacla for 10 years Great Place! First time staying inPerdido Key and it was great! Very affordable accomodations at the Purple Parrot Resort. Outstanding pool conveniant to beach and the 2 bedroom cotttage was just right. Outstanding family get together and would recommend it to any family!

We loved our stay at Purple Parrot. We were very impressed with 9C. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Loved that it was tucked in the back and enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning on the porch swing. Highly recommend!

Awesome monthly rental

Purple Parrots 9C was very comfortable and the art work was very nice. The owners took great care to make it look like an oasis. Everything you need is available. If you can’t find it or it’s not working, one just has to call the wonderful people at Perdido Key Resort management and they will bring you what you needed or send a repair person to fix it.

We had a wonderful time!! I would only recommend that the kitchen faucet be fixed( it is very loose). Kitchen disposal also needs to be addressed. It is making a very funny sound. Definitely need to invest in some throw blankets!!!!

We had a very peaceful quite vacation with almost every thing we needed. The other guest were friendly and very informative. A great experience went to enjoy some beach fun, but there was every amenity we need right ger on the grounds we opt out of the Beach and utilized tge premises before us.

greatest time at the Purple Parrot

We had the greatest time at the Purple Parrot! Loved being able to walk outside our condo to the pool area! Our kids had a blast with all the beach games and volleyball area! The music at the Tiki Bar was so entertaining! All the amenities we needed and more! The drive to Johnson Beach was less than 3 mins away and had lifeguards on duty and very clean bathrooms. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Loved our vacation home. Very cute & comfortable. We are planning to stay there next year. Our only complaint is the master bedroom needs curtains over blinds, very early sun! Pool is great for kids, a great vacation !

Family Time

This was our first visit to FL. The accommodations were perfect. The owners had everything we needed there. They even had a high chair for our little man. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved that it felt secluded, but was close to everything. Our boys loved the outdoor pool. We will be back. Great value for the money and great location.
