With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and property management, I bring a unique perspective to the Gulf Coast market. Since moving to Perdido Key in 2006—when our family-owned firm managed fewer than 25 properties—I’ve guided the growth of Perdido Key Resort Management into a leading vacation rental company, now representing homes and condos across a dozen or more complexes. At the same time, I’ve built a successful real estate brokerage, Perdido Key Resort Realty, giving property owners, buyers, and sellers the advantage of a partner who understands every facet of the market.
As Broker/Owner of Perdido Key Resort Realty and head of operations for Perdido Key Resort Management, my role is both strategic and hands-on. I’ve performed every position within the company and remain deeply involved in daily operations to ensure every property performs at its highest potential. Property owners on our program have my personal cell and email, and many of our vacationers know me by name, a testament to the relationships I’ve built on trust, accessibility, and results.
Specializing in high-value properties—condos, vacation homes, and investment opportunities—I work to make ownership seamless and profitable while also guiding buyers and sellers through the complexities of the Gulf Coast market. Beyond the day-to-day, I’ve been honored to serve as the Perdido Key Lodging Representative on the Escambia County Tourism and Destination Marketing Organization, VisitPensacola. I also chaired the organization’s Marketing Committee and served as Treasurer, roles that reflect my commitment to supporting the Gulf Coast as both a thriving real estate market and a world-class destination.
