Nic Tocci is a Guest Services Representative at Perdido Key Resort Management, where he works part-time while pursuing his degree in hospitality at a nearby university. His role at PKRM gives him the opportunity to complement his classroom education with hands-on experience in vacation rental operations and guest service along the Gulf Coast.
At the front desk, Nic assists guests and property owners with reservations, check-ins, questions, and a variety of day-to-day needs throughout their stay. His interest in the hospitality industry, positive attitude, and willingness to learn make him a valuable part of the PKRM team as he continues building his experience and preparing for a career in hospitality.
